To be considered for admission to Concordia’s online programs, applicants should submit a completed application as well as official copies of transcripts from their undergraduate institutions. Admissions requirements vary by program. Please see the information below regarding your program of interest:

Master of Public Health

•    Completion of a related bachelor’s degree with a minimum undergraduate
     GPA of 3.0
•    Successful completion of a statistics course at the undergraduate level
•    $50 application fee
•    Transcript Request Form or one sealed, official transcript from each college or
     university attended
•    In an essay of 500-750 words, please explain your interest in the program,
     what you hope to achieve by completing the program, and how your personal or
     professional background relates to your interests and goals. The essay's
     content and the clarity of writing will be assessed as a part of the admission
     process.
•    Current résumé

Master of Human Services

•    Completion of a related bachelor’s degree with a minimum undergraduate

•    Depending upon the student’s education and experience, he or she may
     be required to complete prerequisites for admission
•    $50 application fee
•    Transcript Request Form or one sealed, official transcript from each college or
     university attended

     what you hope to achieve by completing the program, and how your personal or
     professional background relates to your interests and goals. The essay's
     content and the clarity of writing will be assessed as a part of the admission
